About the role
- Intern aimed at Marketing and Communication role contributing to Avensia's brand through various marketing platforms. Providing hands-on experience in social media and content marketing.
Responsibilities
- Skapa innehåll till sociala medier: producera och planera inlägg, skriva copy, anpassa bilder och video
- Community management: följa upp dialogen i våra sociala medier, svara på kommentarer och meddelanden samt bidra till att bygga relationer och engagemang i våra kanaler
- Vara bryggan mellan Marknad och HR – bidra till att knyta ihop budskap och aktiviteter mellan avdelningarna
- Utveckla vårt employee advocacy-program (innehållspaket, contentbank, medarbetarberättelser, interna kampanjer, uppföljning och gamification)
- Bidra till blogginnehåll genom research, textförslag och enklare redigering
- Arbeta med extern kommunikation på webben, inklusive enklare uppdateringar och förbättringsförslag
- Stötta intern kommunikation, exempelvis på intranätet
- Testa på andra delar av marknadsföring, såsom arbete med nyhetsbrev, SEO eller webbsida – beroende på intresse och pågående projekt
Requirements
- Studerar media, kommunikation, marknadsföring eller liknande
- Viss erfarenhet av Canva eller andra enkla bild-/videoredigeringsverktyg
- Trivs med att skriva och kan uttrycka dig väl på både svenska och engelska
- Intresse för sociala medier, Employer Branding, varumärkesbyggande och storytelling
- Extra plus om du gillar foto eller film
