About the role

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs
  • Hands on code development for new features, enhancements and bug fixing in D365 CRM/CE
  • Monitor and maintain the health of client environments, including performance tuning and optimizing system resources
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and integrations with other systems
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
  • Ensure all customizations and developments adhere to best practices, including coding standards, documentation, and testing protocols
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity between systems
  • Work with clients to identify and implement new integration opportunities that enhance business processes
  • Manage Dynamics 365 CE environments, including development, testing, and production instances
  • Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure environments are correctly configured, up to date, and secure
  • Oversee and coordinate with IT teams to ensure deployments, configurations, updates, and upgrades are completed with minimal disruption to client operations
  • Provide guidance on infrastructure improvements and scaling to support business growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform Development (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, & Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
  • Experience with development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions and Power BI development.
  • Experience with API or REST services integration
  • Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integration techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and experience with tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with data migration, integration tools, and managing Dynamics 365 CE environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a managed services or support environment is preferred
