About the role

• Chargé.e d'exploitation photovoltaïque suivant et analysant les performances des centrales. Rôle clé dans la gestion et le développement des parcs solaires.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily production of photovoltaic plants
• Analyze malfunctions, propose solutions and improvement actions
• Prepare technical and financial performance reports
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
• Manage daily operational activities of solar plants
• Actively participate in the activities of the department
• Onboard installations into the monitoring tool
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance operations
• Oversee cleaning operations and associated administrative tasks
• Conduct audits and performance analyses of the plants
• Establish maintenance and operations contracts
• Contribute to the preparation of preventive maintenance invoices

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably from an engineering school
• Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector
• Ability to manage the performance of an assigned portfolio
• Ability to analyze a plant’s production
• Technical knowledge of project management (costs, timelines, scheduling, budget)
• Use and interpret data on our supervision platform (Synaptic)
• Rigorous and organized
• Good communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus!
