- Work with Pharmacy Markets business owners to achieve growth objectives
- Organize and coordinate Pharmacy Markets activities for successful delivery of results
- Monitor and evaluate progress and perform corrective actions as needed
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding issues or concerns
- Collaborate with business owners/stakeholders to understand business needs and develop specifications
- Translate business needs into documented requirements for new Pharmacy Markets applications
- Analyze data for process improvements and compliance with guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED
- Healthcare experience
- Project Management experience
- 2 years Health Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or Pharmaceutical manufacturer environment preferred
- Experience in a Health Plan or PBM pharmacy department supporting strategic care cost savings initiatives preferred
- Six-Sigma preferred
- Advanced experience with MS Office
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
