About the role

  • Work with Pharmacy Markets business owners to achieve growth objectives
  • Organize and coordinate Pharmacy Markets activities for successful delivery of results
  • Monitor and evaluate progress and perform corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with business owners/stakeholders to understand business needs and develop specifications
  • Translate business needs into documented requirements for new Pharmacy Markets applications
  • Analyze data for process improvements and compliance with guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Healthcare experience
  • Project Management experience
  • 2 years Health Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or Pharmaceutical manufacturer environment preferred
  • Experience in a Health Plan or PBM pharmacy department supporting strategic care cost savings initiatives preferred
  • Six-Sigma preferred
  • Advanced experience with MS Office
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
