About the role

  • Design and update the performance playbook (criteria, timelines, feedback/IDP templates);
  • Prepare leaders with short trainings, office hours, and conversation guides for development discussions;
  • Manage the entire performance cycle calendar (self-assessment, feedback, calibration, and consolidation);
  • Lead data-driven calibrations (simplified nine-box and initial succession planning);
  • Ensure quality IDPs and conduct quarterly follow-ups;
  • Maintain metrics dashboards (participation by area, % of valid IDPs, promotions, basic compa-ratio, performance × turnover correlation);
  • Produce post-cycle performance insights.

Requirements

  • Previous experience running end-to-end performance cycles in technology companies or startups
  • Strong data analysis skills to support people management decisions
  • Ability to facilitate development conversations and influence leaders
  • Consultative, results-oriented profile with a strong business mindset
  • Intermediate English
