About the role
- Human Resources Analyst managing complete performance cycles in a fast-growing rental tech company. Contributing to performance management through clear processes and strategic data decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and update the performance playbook (criteria, timelines, feedback/IDP templates);
- Prepare leaders with short trainings, office hours, and conversation guides for development discussions;
- Manage the entire performance cycle calendar (self-assessment, feedback, calibration, and consolidation);
- Lead data-driven calibrations (simplified nine-box and initial succession planning);
- Ensure quality IDPs and conduct quarterly follow-ups;
- Maintain metrics dashboards (participation by area, % of valid IDPs, promotions, basic compa-ratio, performance × turnover correlation);
- Produce post-cycle performance insights.
Requirements
- Previous experience running end-to-end performance cycles in technology companies or startups
- Strong data analysis skills to support people management decisions
- Ability to facilitate development conversations and influence leaders
- Consultative, results-oriented profile with a strong business mindset
