About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct cost and expense analyses with a focus on personnel costs;
- Support the annual budgeting process related to payroll;
- Build financial projections based on historical data, trends, and the company's strategic objectives;
- Perform detailed analysis of actual costs, identifying variances and optimization opportunities;
- Prepare reports and presentations with relevant insights for leadership;
- Manage and ensure the integrity of data used in the budget;
- Collaborate with areas such as People & Management (HR), Finance, Operations, and other teams involved in budget management;
- Perform benchmarking and stay up to date on market practices and trends;
- Provide monthly explanations to internal audit and annual explanations to external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Knowledge of controllership, payroll operations, or accounting;
- Experience with data analysis and budget management;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is a plus;
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and cross-functional synergy.
