About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for implementing human resources strategies and supporting talent management in the organization. Engaging employees in climate and satisfaction surveys along with managing training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement People and Management strategies developed by corporate, aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing guidance and support to business areas on people-related and talent management matters.
  • Participate in meetings with business areas, identifying needs and proposing People and Management solutions.
  • Support the implementation of corporate leadership development programs to strengthen managers' competencies.
  • Actively participate in the company's strategic discussions, contributing insights and analyses on the impact of decisions on people and organizational culture.
  • Support, promote, and engage employees to participate in climate and satisfaction surveys; identify opportunities to improve people management and co-develop action plans with leadership, including monitoring.
  • Alongside unit leadership, identify training and development needs and manage all training programs established by the company.
  • Conduct training and development sessions, both in-person and online, for employee development.
  • Execute, manage, and monitor the entire onboarding process for newly hired employees to ensure their integration follows the established program.
  • Track and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective actions and improvements to people management processes.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development, promoting recognition and talent retention initiatives.
  • Support leaders in mediating conflicts and handling people management situations, seeking solutions that promote harmony and a positive work environment.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating results and proposing strategic actions.
  • Assist leaders with workforce sizing and strategy for their teams.
  • Responsible for rolling out corporate internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives and developing targeted activities to address specific unit needs.
  • Support and monitor quality of life and mental health programs.
  • Implement and monitor organizational management policies across the company.
  • Ensure the company culture is communicated and strengthened among employees.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process as well as individual development plans.
  • Responsible for People & Management metrics for the unit, conducting critical analyses and action plans when necessary.
  • Accountable for internal and external audit processes of the unit.
  • Stay up to date on technological advances relevant to the area to support professional development, knowledge sharing, and suggestions for equipment and process improvements, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information produced by tasks under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with quality methodologies and processes.
  • Assertive communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
