About the role

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for Belgian employees in close collaboration with our payroll partner.
  • Coordinate international payroll processes with a specialized partner.
  • Act as the primary contact for hard HR-related questions from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Onboard new employees with an explanation of their salary and benefits and follow-up on the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage partnerships (e.g. Payflip, KBC, DKV, Lease A Bike).
  • Manage and further develop the HR platform Officient.
  • Act as Fleet Manager, coordinating with partners and contributing to defining the company car offer.
  • Support training administration and manage processes linked to training provision.

Requirements

  • A degree in HR, Social Law, Personnel Management or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation; international payroll experience is an advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge of compensation and benefits is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities independently, while collaborating effectively with the team.
