About the role

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for all Netherlands entities
  • Oversee the output of standard personnel and salary changes
  • Review personnel and salary changes for accuracy and compliance
  • Stay informed about developments in payroll-related fields
  • Handle payroll tax returns, reconciliations, tax payments
  • Perform all payroll-related controls required for SOX compliance
  • Manage the processing of expatriates and commuters
  • Administer Citibank payment processes efficiently
  • Address and resolve all internal and external inquiries related to payroll
  • Prepare periodic metrics reports to assess department efficiency

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a relevant Payroll qualification
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a complex multinational business environment
  • Proven expertise in Service Delivery within HR or Finance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll processes
  • Familiarity with current developments in Payroll, Law, Social Security, and Tax regulations
  • Practical experience in payroll processing using AFAS Profit software
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
