  • Assist in the management/running of our litigation
  • Calculating losses
  • Attending on clients, witnesses
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Attending tribunals and the EAT
  • Involve with all aspects of employment rights team

Requirements

  • Experienced paralegals with a background in employment rights
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal (ET) Procedure
  • Excellent communicators who thrive in a supportive team environment
  • Highly organised creative thinkers
  • Demonstrated empathetic and persuasive approach to client care in a legal environment
  • Degree in Law or related qualification
