Requirements
- Experience of delivering and leading organisation effectiveness, design and people change initiatives in a complex environment.
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders to shape and influence decisions by applying technical knowledge, rationale and data; being able to provide challenge and support to senior stakeholders to get the right outcomes.
- Ability to understand complex, often ambiguous, subjects and translate this understanding into fully formed and grounded plans that are simple and actionable.
- Resilience and tenacity to manage conflicting demands, and an ability to flex and work in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity, sometimes to tight timeframes and under pressure.
- Understanding of key organisation design and change methodologies and applying these is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience or meaningful exposure to strategic workforce planning.
