  • Scope, lead and drive Organisational Effectiveness programmes across Heathrow.
  • Influence and shape thinking in organisational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate experience in organisation design, development or people change.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and people business partners.
  • Be responsible for the people change plan to support successful programme implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering and leading organisation effectiveness, design and people change initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders to shape and influence decisions by applying technical knowledge, rationale and data; being able to provide challenge and support to senior stakeholders to get the right outcomes.
  • Ability to understand complex, often ambiguous, subjects and translate this understanding into fully formed and grounded plans that are simple and actionable.
  • Resilience and tenacity to manage conflicting demands, and an ability to flex and work in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity, sometimes to tight timeframes and under pressure.
  • Understanding of key organisation design and change methodologies and applying these is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience or meaningful exposure to strategic workforce planning.
