Oracle HCM Consultant responsible for Oracle Fusion HCM module implementation and support. Working in a hybrid setup to gather requirements and improve HR systems.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.
Assist with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
Provide subject matter expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery.
Create functional design document for conversions/ interfaces/ reports/ extensions, functional testing and support development of technical deliverables.
Conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Develop user training materials and provide end-user training sessions.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
