About the role

  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Create functional design document for conversions/ interfaces/ reports/ extensions, functional testing and support development of technical deliverables.
  • Conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop user training materials and provide end-user training sessions.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
