- Support experience of Procurement, Inventory, OM related to user tickets, month end closing, reconciliation and patch testing
- Excellent business communication skills
- Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements
- Must work in Night Shift (US EST business hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
- Nice to have - EBS SCM Functional Support / Implementation
- Understanding of Supply Chain business operations
- Analytical, Problem solving and multi tasking skills
