Operations Specialist managing 3rd Party Domestic Replenishment and Hot Market/Event Manufacturing. Focusing on accurate order execution, vendor coordination, and reporting to ensure seamless event activations.
Responsibilities
Execute daily order management and operational tasks for Replenishment and Hot Market/Event production.
Support vendor onboarding, data collection, and compliance tracking.
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory, Logistics) to ensure order flow accuracy.
Track and update reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including OTIF (On-Time In Full), SLA (Service Level Agreements), and vendor scorecards.
Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks or risks to managers for resolution.
Support calendar management and ensure adherence to deadlines and operational milestones for replenishment, Hot Market, and event execution.
Travel to key markets and facilities to oversee on-the-ground operations, resolve issues in real time, and ensure seamless execution and partner accountability.
Support other business needs, initiatives, and priorities as required to ensure organizational success.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production support.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with vendor communication, reporting, or compliance tracking.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% to support vendors, events, and onsite execution.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas) and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with the ability to build and maintain clear operational reports/dashboards to drive decisions.
