About the role

  • Lead and coordinate operations projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate in the strategic definition of tasks, deadlines, and milestones
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks and bottlenecks
  • Prepare high-impact reports on portfolio status
  • Ensure alignment of projects with area OKRs
  • Manage and optimize the Operations backlog
  • Centralize and prioritize data, automation, and quality backlog
  • Ensure reliability of reports and quality control
  • Supervise execution of tasks assigned to internal teams
  • Empower the cross-functional Quality Assurance team
  • Foster interdepartmental relationships for project success

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Expert command of project management tools
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Solid knowledge in data analysis
  • Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI or similar
  • Great interest in automations and Artificial Intelligence
  • Advanced handling of Jira/Confluence (bonus)
