About the role
- Lead and coordinate operations projects from start to finish
- Collaborate in the strategic definition of tasks, deadlines, and milestones
- Anticipate and mitigate risks and bottlenecks
- Prepare high-impact reports on portfolio status
- Ensure alignment of projects with area OKRs
- Manage and optimize the Operations backlog
- Centralize and prioritize data, automation, and quality backlog
- Ensure reliability of reports and quality control
- Supervise execution of tasks assigned to internal teams
- Empower the cross-functional Quality Assurance team
- Foster interdepartmental relationships for project success
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Expert command of project management tools
- Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Solid knowledge in data analysis
- Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI or similar
- Great interest in automations and Artificial Intelligence
- Advanced handling of Jira/Confluence (bonus)
