Responsibilities
- Monitor store performance (targets, sales, COGS, eNPS, P&L, among others), proposing improvement plans
- Conduct operational visits and audits, completing checklists and leading follow-up meetings
- Onboard and train Franchisees, Managers and Supervisors on Amélie and Juliette processes
- Ensure compliance with the network's operational routines and standards
- Provide consultative support to stores, acting as a bridge between the field and the franchisor
- Prepare reports, KPIs and action plans to support management.
Requirements
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Must reside in the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ
- Knowledge of process management, store operations and food handling best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Assertive communication, leadership and a consultative mindset
