About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in internal audits of claims and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Organize and analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel.
- Help document and refine internal workflows and compliance procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, basic analysis).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools.
- Excellent research and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
