About the role
- Operational Risk Officer managing local operational risk and data protection for NiCKEL Germany. Overseeing risk management frameworks and collaborating across business units in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in identifying and assessing local risks for NiCKEL Germany;
- Representing the Risk department in executive committees and other group committees;
- Ensuring the robustness of the local control framework to monitor and mitigate operational risks;
- Participation in cross-functional projects with business units and other integrated functions;
- Overseeing the local framework's compliance with applicable data protection regulations;
- Acting role as an expert for the permanent control framework.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in the banking or payments industry with a background in control functions;
- German and English are mandatory; French is a plus;
- Team player;

- General knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework.
