About the role

  • Engineer in Construction and Methods for Oil & Gas projects improving onshore project execution. Leading engineering teams for efficient construction planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and technically clarify the scope of work with the engineering department for a multidisciplinary project including civil engineering, structural, piping, equipment, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Develop the construction execution plan taking into account logistics, work processes, required workforce, and necessary construction equipment.
  • Participate in planning exercises.
  • Prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for subcontracted activities.
  • Analyze received bids from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Assignment expected during the construction preparation phase and/or execution follow-up, in accordance with technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in general engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction engineering and/or methods applied to Oil & Gas, energy, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in planning, technical analysis, risk management, and conducting constructability reviews
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
