Requirements
Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
University degree
Minimum 3 years' experience as a notary, with expertise in real estate and/or commercial law
Analytical mindset, sound judgment and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
Team player with a client-focused, empathetic approach
Comfortable with technology and digital workflows
