Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a notary, with expertise in real estate and/or commercial law
  • Analytical mindset, sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a client-focused, empathetic approach
  • Comfortable with technology and digital workflows
