  • Structure this new service offering (working tools, budget, compliance)
  • Meet with, advise, and support clients
  • Prepare wills
  • Execute corporate mandates (drafting legal contracts)
  • Update minute books and the corporate register
  • Incorporation
  • Carry out any other mandates within the professional’s field of expertise
  • Develop the client base
  • Work in collaboration with the tax department on various mandates
  • Keep knowledge up to date, stay informed of legislative changes, and inform the team

Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires (Chamber of Notaries)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the areas of expertise listed above
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Strategic vision and commitment to the organization’s values and mission
  • Excellent prioritization, deadline and time management skills
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent client service orientation
  • Motivation and interest in developing the new service
