About the role

  • National Sales Manager leading commercial strategy for animal health solutions in Brazil. Managing a diverse distribution team and ensuring market performance and client needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct and indirect distribution teams and multiple market access channels, ensuring excellence in execution;
  • Develop and manage commercial policies by channel;
  • Develop the team with a focus on performance and clear performance indicators;
  • Manage distribution and define multi-channel strategy;
  • Manage direct territory accounts;
  • Ensure execution based on the definition and segmentation of direct and indirect customers;
  • Manage the e-commerce channel with clear monitoring of performance indicators;
  • Manage the retail and veterinary channels, ensuring execution across the full product portfolio of the business unit.

Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo
  • Advanced English
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Experience in the Consumer Goods and/or Nutrition industries
  • Proven experience leading teams.
