About the role

  • Mortgage Consultant providing guidance to customers on their home journeys and mortgage needs. Role offers flexible working hours and requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Talking to a variety of existing and new to bank customers about their individual home journeys
  • Supporting customers with a wide variety of topics
  • Guiding customers through digital Home journeys
  • Dealing with existing customer queries and helping customers post application
  • Providing expert professional guidance to support their mortgage, protection and insurance needs
  • Working until 8pm as needed is necessary to be eligible for this role
  • Opportunities to develop new skills in new product areas and opportunities to advance or move across the Group

Requirements

  • A customer-centric, personable approach
  • A flexible attitude to how, when and where you work – including evenings and weekends
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills and pick up new digital technologies
  • Banking experience or experience engaging with customers would be a bonus!
