- Technical Consultant responsible for gathering business needs and documenting solutions at Fiserv, a global Fintech leader. Supporting projects within FirstVision Issuing solution with a focus on client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and understand the business needs of First Data clients
- Ensure that the requirements are accurately documented
- Support consultancy for Design, develop, implement, and maintenance of various business applications
- Recommend possible solutions that use the FirstVision technology
- Feasibility assessment of client requirements against existing FirstVision functionality
- Determine stakeholders and establish areas for additional stakeholder involvement
- Anticipate post-production implications with delivery of requirements
Requirements
- 7 to 8 years of BA experience in Cards domain
- Project management methodology knowledge and experience – ‘Waterfall’ & ‘Agile’ Methodology
- Proven track record of gathering customer requirements, analysing and translating these into business processes
- Ability to provide concise and necessary details required for each stakeholder (multiple)
- Descriptive writing of requirements by various methods, examples, screen-shots, Visio diagrams, tables
