About the role

  • Be part of a Squad and help build the best possible experience for users of Betclic’s sports betting, poker, casino, and horse racing native mobile apps
  • Contribute to the development of new features for native iOS mobile applications in collaboration with Product Owners and the Design Studio
  • Develop new Android features and improve existing Android code
  • Implement unit tests and UI tests related to features
  • Support continuous improvement of CI/CD tools and support deployment processes
  • Participate in and help prepare iOS Dojos and team knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Contribute to the design and technical translation of User Stories
  • Improve overall code quality and share best practices, challenges, and project progress with the team
  • Monitor production applications and support production monitoring and operations

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in a Mobile environment
  • Hands-on experience with Swift and RxSwift or Kotlin
  • Familiarity with and/or mastery of iOS Design Patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVVM-C, etc.)
  • Sensitivity to performance and good understanding of networking challenges
  • Familiarity with iOS debugging techniques (especially multi-threading)
  • Ability to write testable code and strong skills in unit testing
  • Solid level of English
  • iOS technical environment familiarity: Swift 5, RxSwift/RxCocoa, SPM, MVVM-C, Unit Testing/UI Testing automation, CI (Ansible/GitHub Actions/FastLane), SwiftLint, SwiftGen, Factory, Sourcery
  • Android technical environment familiarity: Kotlin, Clean Architecture, MVVM, Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, Retrofit, Dagger, Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Kluent), UI Test Automation (Espresso, Barista, Gherkin)
  • Experience with Git & Gitflow and GitHub Actions
