About the role
- Define and scale the architecture of our Android and iOS mobile applications
- Ensure technical consistency and alignment across platforms
- Guide development teams on best practices in native mobile development
- Participate in technical design, technical experiments and strategic decision-making
- Mentor developers and support their technical growth
- Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and performance
- Document architectural decisions and technical evolutions
- Work within Front Platform department as part of the front architecture team, collaborating with architects, Staff Engineer mobile, Engineering Managers and Product Owners
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in native mobile development on your primary stack (Android or iOS)
- At least 2–3 years of experience on your secondary stack
- Proficient in Kotlin and Swift
- Comfortable with native environments
- Strong focus on performance, code quality, and user experience
- Clear communication of technical concepts and ability to support team growth
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bonus: Experience with Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, or React Native is a plus
