About the role
- Finance professional responsible for financial statements and accounting tasks in a hybrid role. Engaging in various financial processes and ensuring compliance with HGB & IFRS.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei Abschlussarbeiten sowie der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss nach HGB & IFRS
- Tägliche Bearbeitung der anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbereich sowie Anlagevermögen
- Überwachung der OPOS-Listen und Steuerung des Mahnprozesses
- Übernahme von Sonderthemen: Rückstellungen, Rechnungsabgrenzung
- Überwachung und Anpassung von Umlageverrechnungen im Konzern, inkl. Intercompany-Abstimmung
- Meldung an interne und externe Stellen (z.B. Umsatzsteuer)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzen
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
- Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/CO
- Neugierde, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für die Vielfalt der Themen in der Buchhaltung
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
