Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a dedicated UI design role —proven expertise within an agency or similarly dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Figma: Our primary design tool. You can build, manage, and iterate within complex files efficiently.
- Accessibility Expertise: A solid, practical understanding of WCAG principles and how to design, test, and articulate designs against these standards.
- Workflow Mastery: Familiarity with design-to-development workflows and a clear understanding of technical feasibility (you design what can be built).
- Exceptional Detail: A sharp eye for detail and consistently high standards of visual output.
- Bonus Points: Design Systems : Experience building or actively contributing to existing design systems.
- Interaction Design: Motion or interaction design skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe After Effects or Principle).
- Client Communication: Proven ability to present and defend design solutions to internal teams and external clients.
