Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization;
• Act as a lead in the evolution of .NET applications, contributing to the creation of innovative and robust solutions;
• Advocate and pursue continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices, mentoring junior developers and fostering a learning environment;
• Play a key role in the architecture and development of .NET systems, ensuring high performance and scalability of implemented solutions;
• Focus on solution impact and user experience, ensuring applications meet customer needs;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and implement efficient, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Practical experience automating Office tools using VBA;
• Visual Basic (VB): Advanced experience applying VB in complex projects;
• C#/.NET: Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with experience building robust, scalable applications;
• SQL Server (2008): Proficiency in SQL Server, including database design, query optimization and data maintenance;
• GIT: Experience using GIT for version control, including branching, merging and conflict resolution;
• Experience with unit and integration testing using xUnit;
• Clear and effective communication: Ability to convey information concisely and understandably, facilitating team collaboration and stakeholder alignment;
• Proactivity and autonomy: Ability to take initiative in problem-solving and manage tasks independently, delivering results efficiently;
• Plus: Experience with COM+, contributing to application integration and interprocess communication;
• Experience with AWS, including core services such as ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, Lambda and API Gateway for cloud solution architecture;
• Experience creating infrastructure as code using Terraform.
