Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the product's evolution and consistency;
- Work together with the Product Owner on prioritization, understanding business requirements, and shaping the product vision;
- Work end-to-end across the design process;
- Use different design methods, such as journey maps, navigation flows, prototyping, research, testing, among others;
- Conduct research focused on deep user understanding (e.g., usability testing, benchmarking, and interviews);
- Create solution hypotheses based on available data or data acquired from experiments run in the product;
- Document and share the knowledge gained about users;
- Propose tools and improvements to the design process that help the team's productivity, supported by evidence and facts;
Requirements
- Experience with Discovery and Delivery processes in the product lifecycle;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Experience building data-driven interface solutions;
- Perform end-to-end user journey analysis to ensure the best possible experience;
- Experience applying UX methodologies: user journey mapping, personas, service blueprint, etc.;
- Experience facilitating co-creation workshops;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team;
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or related fields;
- Preferably experience in the banking and/or financial sector;
- Knowledge of Design Systems;
- Experience with agile methodologies for user-focused product development;
