Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the product's evolution and consistency;
• Work together with the Product Owner on prioritization, understanding business requirements, and shaping the product vision;
• Work end-to-end across the design process;
• Use different design methods, such as journey maps, navigation flows, prototyping, research, testing, among others;
• Conduct research focused on deep user understanding (e.g., usability testing, benchmarking, and interviews);
• Create solution hypotheses based on available data or data acquired from experiments run in the product;
• Document and share the knowledge gained about users;
• Propose tools and improvements to the design process that help the team's productivity, supported by evidence and facts;

Requirements

• Experience with Discovery and Delivery processes in the product lifecycle;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Experience building data-driven interface solutions;
• Perform end-to-end user journey analysis to ensure the best possible experience;
• Experience applying UX methodologies: user journey mapping, personas, service blueprint, etc.;
• Experience facilitating co-creation workshops;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team;
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or related fields;
• Preferably experience in the banking and/or financial sector;
• Knowledge of Design Systems;
• Experience with agile methodologies for user-focused product development;
