About the role

  • Perform analyses using various available data about brands and the market, primarily sell-out data such as Nielsen/Circana, to support the BMUs (Business Market Units) in making the best possible business decisions.
  • Update and/or create reports using available data to monitor the brand's key metrics in the flip‑flop market.
  • Manage research (mainly continuous studies) and recurring activities with the area's research partners, focusing on market/sell-out data and brand health.
  • Understand business needs and pain points, proposing solutions and identifying which tools and/or research will be required.
  • Learn about the footwear and fashion markets in the different regions where Alpargatas operates, diving into trends, consumer behavior, and retail.
  • Measure, evaluate, and propose initiatives that enhance Havaianas' global brand performance by identifying untapped business opportunities and solutions that differentiate us from competitors.
  • Generate insights for Alpargatas’ global brand strategy through analyses, studies, and research on consumers, products, and channels, using the various tools available within the company (BHT, Nielsen/NPD, social listening tools such as Talkwalker and Emplifi, Edited, internal data, among others).

Requirements

  • Advanced English (used daily in presentations, meetings, and emails)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data
  • Preferably experience in market intelligence, consumer insights, analytics, or related areas
