About the role
- IT Analyst responsible for implementing technology solutions and managing infrastructure at Museu do Amanhã. Engaged in various projects and ensuring systems' operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects related to Information Technology;
- Implement solutions related to IT networks and infrastructure;
- Perform regular validations and maintenance of systems and software;
- Ensure the server infrastructure is available and operational;
- Manage server infrastructure and associated computing resources;
- Monitor incident prevention, ensuring maintenance routines are carried out;
- Research and propose existing technology solutions available on the market;
- Ensure the security of servers and the availability of infrastructure;
- Develop, implement, and maintain scripts that automate server operating system administration tasks;
- Adhere to established IT routines and standards;
- Maintain control of IT assets;
- Safeguard assets and systems under the department's responsibility, ensuring the existence of backups and records related to the software operated by the team;
- Respond promptly and accurately to client requests, recording and resolving them in accordance with IT procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Experience with network infrastructure, switches, access points, and firewalls (Fortinet, UniFi, Dell, HP);
- Monitoring solutions: Zabbix and Grafana;
- Installation and configuration of Dell servers and storage;
- Windows Server 2022, VMware ESXi;
- Google Workspace;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote;
- Experience working in nonprofit/third-sector organizations is a plus.
