About the role
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and other visualization tools;
- Structure databases and analytical models to monitor operational and financial KPIs;
- Support business areas in defining and tracking metrics and targets;
- Automate data extraction, transformation and loading processes (ETL, databases) using SQL, Python or similar tools;
- Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrections;
- Conduct exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency;
- Participate in data integration and improvement projects with automation and technology teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Power BI, SQL and Python;
- Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes;
- Knowledge of operational and financial indicators;
- Experience automating reports and creating interactive dashboards;
- Advanced analytical ability and strategic vision;
- Investigative profile, organized and results-oriented;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, BI or Analytics will be considered a plus.
