About the role

  • Data Analytics Trainer:in designing hybrid training formats in Berlin. Empowering women in Data & Tech, focusing on practical skills and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • You design a hybrid training format — 2 days in-person / 3 days remote.
  • You deliver all relevant content in a hands-on, practice-oriented way — Python, databases, statistics, Machine Learning, or BI tools.
  • You support our #Data-Queens with regular feedback and provide strong technical guidance to advance their learning progress.
  • You prepare our #Data-Queens for the relevant certifications associated with each module.
  • You create an open, supportive learning environment for women in the tech sector.

Requirements

  • You have solid expertise in Data Analytics, Python, databases, Machine Learning, or BI tools.
  • Ideally, you have experience as a lecturer, trainer, coach, or in adult education — or you are eager to start a career in this field.
  • You can explain complex topics in an accessible, structured, and practice-oriented manner.
  • You are familiar with online training, remote teaching, and hybrid learning formats.
  • Your German language skills are at least at a C1 level.
