About the role
- Join Portobello Shop as an Analyst PL in Commercial Intelligence | Backoffice. Responsible for data analysis and generating insights to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update spreadsheets, tools, and controls that support sales planning and management;
- Monitor performance indicators related to sales, margin, quote submissions, conversion, and customers;
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis;
- Analyze sales variations and trends, producing studies on key indicators by channel, region, store size, and other segmentations;
- Develop market studies and competitor benchmarking to support the definition of commercial strategy;
- Support the preparation of strategic presentations to aid decision-making;
- Build and maintain management dashboards;
- Automate recurring reports and produce ad hoc analyses as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL).
- Ability to develop dashboards for data analysis.
- Ability to extract, organize, and analyze data to generate insights.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with different audiences.
- Analytical, dynamic, and proactive profile.
- Basic knowledge of Tableau.
- Previous experience in the retail sector.
