Requirements

• Advanced **spoken **and **written English skills.**
• **Problem-solving** skills, assertive **communication**, and a **collaborative** spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field**.
• **2–3 years **of professional backend development experience (internships also count!).
• Proficient knowledge of creating well-structured code with backend-focused languages, including **Python, Ruby, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.**
• Experience developing **CI/CD pipelines.**
• **Familiarity with Linux environments **and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Strong fundamentals in **software development, debugging, and system design**
• Knowledge of **SOLID principles**, design patterns, and **clean code practices.**
• Excellent** analysis, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills.**
• Understanding of **RESTful APIs**, database design **(SQL/NoSQL)**, and **scalable backend architecture**.
• Curiosity and motivation to **continue learning across both backend development and DevOps.**
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working with **Cloud services** like **AWS, GCP, or Azure.**
