Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of lawsuits against a banking institution
- Preparing and monitoring court filing deadlines
- Managing cases from beginning to end
- Communicating with clients primarily by email to define case strategy
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar) registration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in legal practice, particularly in litigation, indemnity/compensation claims, and revisional (contract review) actions
- Must reside in Bebedouro or nearby cities
