About the role

  • Plan and execute event logistics, from contracts to on-site setup
  • Manage budgets and coordinate with vendors (e.g., facilities, catering, logistics)
  • Design roll-up banners, booth backdrops, and promotional campaigns to drive booth visitors
  • Ensure seamless event execution and attendee engagement
  • Analyze attendee feedback and event performance to identify improvements
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for channel partners, sharing updates on initiatives, launches, and promotions
  • Control the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program, ensuring compliance and tracking usage
  • Coordinate marketing materials for partners, including digital assets and product catalogs
  • Plan and deliver partner recognition programs and training events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry media, journalists, and publications
  • Coordinate press releases, success stories, and guest article opportunities
  • Support media partnerships and promotional collaborations
  • Monitor media coverage and report on campaign performance
  • Develop and execute strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement
  • Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and generate insights
  • Plan and implement organic and paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X)
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments, and track performance metrics
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
  • Collaborate on brochures, success stories, and giveaways with product managers and designers
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, media relations, or event management
  • Experience working with B2B or technology-focused organizations preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player
  • Willing to travel within Europe (up to 20%) during event periods
