  • Increase repeat guest bookings by 20% via loyalty and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Elevate brand sentiment to >4.8 across major review platforms.
  • Deploy predictive analytics to continuously cut CAC and identify high-value guest segments.
  • Hardwire the C.L.O.U.D.9 brand narrative into every touchpoint—ads, socials, site, and guest comms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, with proof you’ve moved KPIs (conversion, CAC, LTV)
  • Fluent English, near-native writing.
  • Tactical CRO execution: A/B tests, funnels, attribution.
  • Demonstrated AI/automation wins in marketing (prompt engineering, workflows, or systems).
  • Predictive analytics and budget allocation skills.
  • Elite communication—clear, concise, tactical.
  • Interview warning: You will be asked to walk step-by-step through how you personally shifted a KPI in your last role. If you can’t, you don’t pass.
