About the role

  • Lead end-to-end research projects, from planning and methodology design to execution, analysis, and presentation of results.
  • Develop research frameworks and prepare vendor briefs to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Conduct market intelligence to monitor industry developments and consumer trends.
  • Perform marketing funnel analysis to understand customer journeys and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Business) to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies.
  • Utilize marketing tools and data platforms to generate meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research, marketing insights, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
