Responsibilities
Identify and define high-impact marketing challenges or opportunities through data, user insights, and collaboration with internal teams.
Translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies and campaigns with defined objectives.
Develop clear hypotheses and success metrics for each initiative.
Design end-to-end marketing projects: from concept and planning to execution and measurement.
Collaborate with internal experts (research, design, copy, campaign management) to strengthen insights, storytelling, and visual quality and execute deliverables.
Plan and manage campaign execution primarily through external agencies, ensuring originality, creative strength, and alignment with Divar’s brand direction.
Manage project timelines, budgets (if applicable), and cross-functional coordination.
Lead campaigns from idea to launch, including creative development, media, production, and rollout.
Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure distinctive, high-quality, and consistent output.
Work with internal specialists to review and refine creative details where needed.
Ensure each campaign delivers meaningful outcomes — from awareness and engagement to clear business results.
Stay informed about marketing and cultural trends to identify new creative opportunities.
Develop and co-create fresh, bold, and shareable marketing ideas with local or international partners.
Benchmark against leading brands to keep Divar’s campaigns innovative, relevant, and inspiring.
Define success metrics and lead the overall measurement and evaluation of marketing efforts.
Use data, research, and qualitative feedback to generate insights and optimize future initiatives.
Share learnings and recommendations with the Marketing Director to improve performance and creative impact.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to align on priorities and ensure focus on strategic goals.
Partner with Product, Growth, and PR teams to design integrated and coherent marketing activities.
Manage timelines, budgets, and partners effectively, balancing creativity with structured execution.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading impactful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes and cross-functional execution in marketing or growth roles.
Track record of developing innovative, high-quality, and engaging marketing content.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and user behavior.
Also Strong understanding of creative development, content, and media workflows.
Experience working with external agencies (experience with international partners is a strong plus).
Curiosity for new cultural trends, creative tools, and communication formats.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
