Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaign plans aligned with business goals in the Pharma/Biopharma segment.
Lead new product introductions — including market positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.
Drive demand generation through integrated marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, and KOL engagement.
Gather market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and guide portfolio priorities.
Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and regional/global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 7 years in a marketing role, preferably within the pharma/biopharma sector
Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
