About the role

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaign plans aligned with business goals in the Pharma/Biopharma segment.
  • Lead new product introductions — including market positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Drive demand generation through integrated marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, and KOL engagement.
  • Gather market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and guide portfolio priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and regional/global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a marketing role, preferably within the pharma/biopharma sector
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
