About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator supporting marketing initiatives and campaign management for Proverbs 31 Ministries. A mission-driven role focused on empowering women through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level marketing strategies into detailed, actionable marketing plans with clear deliverables.
  • Outline the user experience across multiple digital touchpoints to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the campaign goals.
  • Maintain the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Work closely with the project management team on deliverables, objectives, and timelines.
  • Pull, analyze, and synthesize campaign performance data for the Marketing Strategist, identifying key metrics and equipping the Marketing Strategist with the information needed for real-time adjustments and future campaign strategy planning.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to set up emails, review for accuracy and schedule sends.
  • Build segments and workflows.
  • Monitor the performance of paid advertising across platforms in real time, providing ongoing reporting and collaborating on surfacing opportunities for optimization.
  • Steward easy-to-follow guides and documentation for marketing processes, branding, and content creation—helping to equip current and future team members to serve with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
  • Manage meeting schedules and assist ministry teams as needed.

Requirements

  • An understanding of and a commitment to the mission and values of Proverbs 31 Ministries.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, including performance reporting, campaign development, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for omni-channel marketing and an engaging content strategy.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising strategy and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), with a desire to grow in campaign management and optimization.
  • High attention to detail combined with organizational and task-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Google Docs, Slack) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of compelling content that reflects the values and voice of Proverbs 31 Ministries.
