About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator for a global consulting firm executing B2B marketing projects and corporate events. Collaborating with teams on campaign support and event coordination across various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaign activities e.g. preparing presentation decks, updating email marketing lists
  • Distribute event marketing collateral e.g. signage, brochures, presentations, and branded merchandise
  • Assist in the execution of a variety of corporate event types, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless event experience
  • Manage pre-event preparation e.g. event badges and delegate lists, catering orders, shipping and logistics, vendor management, venue sourcing and all administrative tasks relating to event coordination
  • Manage event registrations, and internal communications related to events
  • Maintain inventory of event collateral and promotional assets
  • Assist in tracking event budgets and processing invoices
  • Collaborate across the marketing team and serve as a key point of contact for other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Meet and greet at in-person events where based, when required
  • Assist in tracking marketing campaign metrics and reporting
  • Assist in tracking event performance metrics and reporting on event success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong project management/time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proficiency with CRM, event, AI and email marketing platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics 365 plus MS Click and MS Copilot, EventBrite, GoToWebinar)
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Basic corporate social media marketing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
  • Native or fluent English and Mandarin language skills
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (including event support), or event coordination
  • Demonstrable experience in using CRM, event, AI, digital marketing and email marketing platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics 365 plus MS Click and MS Copilot, EventBrite, GoToWebinar)
  • Experience working across events remotely and in multiple countries would be advantageous
