Marketing Coordinator for a global consulting firm executing B2B marketing projects and corporate events. Collaborating with teams on campaign support and event coordination across various locations.
Responsibilities
Assist with marketing campaign activities e.g. preparing presentation decks, updating email marketing lists
Distribute event marketing collateral e.g. signage, brochures, presentations, and branded merchandise
Assist in the execution of a variety of corporate event types, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless event experience
Manage pre-event preparation e.g. event badges and delegate lists, catering orders, shipping and logistics, vendor management, venue sourcing and all administrative tasks relating to event coordination
Manage event registrations, and internal communications related to events
Maintain inventory of event collateral and promotional assets
Assist in tracking event budgets and processing invoices
Collaborate across the marketing team and serve as a key point of contact for other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
Meet and greet at in-person events where based, when required
Assist in tracking marketing campaign metrics and reporting
Assist in tracking event performance metrics and reporting on event success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong project management/time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficiency with CRM, event, AI and email marketing platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics 365 plus MS Click and MS Copilot, EventBrite, GoToWebinar)
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
Basic corporate social media marketing skills
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
Native or fluent English and Mandarin language skills
2 years of experience in marketing (including event support), or event coordination
Demonstrable experience in using CRM, event, AI, digital marketing and email marketing platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics 365 plus MS Click and MS Copilot, EventBrite, GoToWebinar)
Experience working across events remotely and in multiple countries would be advantageous
