Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Director of Marketing & PR on all initiatives throughout the Broadway In Cincinnati season of shows
Create all electronic, print and digital ads and collateral for all shows and season subscription campaigns
Support execution and tracking of media plans for all shows
Work with Director of Marketing & PR on creation of content, strategy, and targeting on email communications
Manage social media channels for Broadway in Cincinnati including monitoring activity, customer service, and producing social content and promotions
Collaborate with BAA national digital team in the planning, booking, execution, and reporting of digital ad campaigns
Support Marketing & PR Director with press interviews and events
Write press releases and media advisories
Maintain press database and identify new press leads
Manage Opening Night press invitations and RSVPs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Theatre or Arts Administration preferred
Attention to detail, excellent writing skills and strong proof-reading and copy-editing skills are essential
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time with good time management skills in order to meet deadlines
Graphic design, photography or video experience not essential, but is a plus
Familiarity with and enthusiasm for theatre is preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret advertising plans and reporting
Ability to write marketing copy that conforms to prescribed style and format
