Responsibilities

  • Initiate, develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel chains
  • Work with hotel partners to maximize production potential
  • Leverage data insights, marketing, and revenue management tools
  • Ensure hotel partners can effectively reach global traveler demand
  • Build and expand local hotel partner portfolio
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships
  • Optimize partner hotels' product on Expedia sites
  • Secure additional inventory and seasonal deals
  • Represent Expedia in the local market and build company profile

Requirements

  • +5 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration or equivalent related professional experience
  • Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrates ability to organise and prioritize work in a timely manner
  • Sincere relationship builder; earns the confidence of others
  • Appetite for innovative technology
  • Demonstrates general problem-solving skills and an intense curiosity to identify trends
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
