About the role

- Interface with production and engineering personnel to understand process flow and best practices.
- Gather and organize photos, steps, and technical notes into clear, visual documentation that operators can easily follow.
- Collaborate with the remote Quality Engineering team to align work instruction templates and content standards.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance of documentation to internal quality standards.
- Take initiative to ask process questions, identify missing details, and confirm accuracy with production teams.
- Support continuous improvement of documentation methods and production workflow visibility.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality engineering environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating visual work instructions and documentation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably involving composites or mechanical products.
- Personable and proactive, able to work closely with production teams and ask clarifying questions.
