About the role
- Manual QA Engineer testing web applications and systems for B2B SaaS gaming platform solutions. Responsible for testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Test and check web applications and systems to make sure they work properly
- Collect information from different sources to help with testing
- Create simple test plans and write down test cases and notes
- Perform manual testing to find any issues
- Report results clearly and help ensure everything is high-quality
- Track and report bugs, making sure they get fixed
- Help improve product quality over time
- Assist with updating systems in Production and Staging environments
- Work with configurations using JSON and YAML files
Requirements
- About 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of QA processes, tools, and methods
- Understanding of how products are developed and improved
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good English skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, VSCode, Git
- Some experience working with JSON and YAML.
- Experience creating test cases and doing end-to-end testing (bonus)
- Familiarity with testing web and mobile apps (bonus)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus)
- Exposure to tools like Jenkins, Figma, and Postman (bonus)
