About the role

Responsibilities
- Expand the Insurance International team as a (Senior) Managing Consultant – Reinsurance.
- Work on exciting projects focused on digital transformation and the modernization of reinsurance models.

- Support the full lifecycle of system modernization, including system selection and process engineering.
- Design end-to-end solutions in pricing, data strategy, underwriting and finance.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or within an insurance company, with a focus on primary insurance and reinsurance or specialty/commercial business.
- A successfully completed university degree.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
