- Managing Consultant guiding clients in IT organization and management with focus on strategic transformation. Engaging in individual client solutions and leading teams in project execution.
Responsibilities
- Berate unsere Kunden rund um IT-Organisation und IT-Management
- Identifiziere die organisatorischen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und begleite sie bei der Umsetzung von Zielbildern und IT-Managementsystemen
- Gestalte gemeinsam mit dem Kunden individuelle Konzepte
- Führe Anforderungs- und Prozessanalysen durch und unterstütze sie bei der Umsetzung von strategischen Transformationen
- Entwickle unser Beratungsangebot weiter, durch Einbringung von Erfahrungen und neuen Methoden
- Fachliche Führung von (Senior)Consultants in gemeinsamen Projekten
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Lead Consultant oder (Führungs-)Erfahrung in einer IT-Organisation
- Gutes Verständnis von Frameworks wie ITIL oder COBIT
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strategisches Denkvermögen und überdurchschnittliche Lösungsorientierung
- Du kennst die Herausforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch.
